Welcome! I’m Ashley. I’m here not just because I’ve studied therapy, but because I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to carry trauma, to feel overwhelmed by the world, and to question your place in it. I’ve done my own work (and continue to), and it’s shown me how powerful it can be to have a space where you’re allowed to feel everything.

I have 7 years of experience working in mental health and 3 years experience working as a therapist. I have a bachelors of science in psychology and a masters in social work. I am trained in EMDR therapy and Gottman therapy (I’m not currently taking couples clients). I have experience working with various populations including those with chronic mental illness, substance use, teens and veterans. I now work with folks who identify as women, queer, or marginalized.

I’m someone who leads with my heart, follows my curiosity, and genuinely wants to know what lights you up.  I strive to always be honest with you, and always care. I won’t pretend to have all the answers, but I’ll walk beside you while you find yours. I believe in helping people feel empowered to live fully—even the messy, uncertain, or uncomfortable parts.

Outside the therapy room, I’m a yogi, a writer, a reader, a festival goer, and an enthusiastic maker of messy art. I’m also an environmentalist, an activist, and someone who believes deeply in justice, creativity, and liberation.

If you’re looking for a therapist who’s warm, a little weird, and genuinely in your corner—I’d love to meet you!
